Veronika Christie moved to Knowlton from Montreal in 2002. She runs a funky pink boutique in the heart of Knowlton called Mademoiselle Rose. Veronika speaks English, French, Russian and Hungarian.

She is passionate about music (all genres from classical to country) and eclectic when choosing the best selections for her show, Veronika’s Lounge, broadcast every Friday at 10:00 p.m. and Sunday at 5:00 p.m.. If it is wonderful music, chances are she’ll share it with you on CIDI.

    On Sunday, you have played Lonely in New York from Sophie Milman. I went for a stroll in Knowlton on Monday and found the album “Women of Jazz”! Good selection Sunday at the start of your show!
